BS & G programme/ NCC activities
In order to create a community of responsible and able citizens of the nation, KVS Silchar Region takes up varieties of activities for the students. Students are registered as Scouts, Guides, Cubs and Bulbuls scout under BS&G programme which is purely voluntary non political and secular. NCC programme is also an important aspect of student empowerment in the Vidyalayas aimed to create life skills, leadership abilities and teamwork in students. Girls wing as well as boys wing are functional in the Kendriya Vidyalayas of the region.
