Student Empowerment programme

A host of activities and programmes are carried out round the year in the Vidyalayas of Silchar Region to empower students and ensure their holistic development. Counselling sessions on life skills for students, career guidance through Tarunotsav programme, talks by experts, regular interaction of students with Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner of KVS RO, Silchar, weekly classes conducted by Principals of Vidyalayas are all aimed to empower and encourage students to perform excellently in different platforms. Adolescent Education programme(AEP) and Awakened Citizen programme ( ACP), NCC & BS & G activities strive for the same. Also, in the march for student empowerment, parents ‘ participation is ensured through PTMs and community mobilisation programme.
